Subject:>> Scruff - Webers & Humble Pie Again!!

Hi All,
The Scruffy One does it again. I mentioned in a post that I had seen a low
profile manifold and Webers that will fit the cat without having to get out
the Sawzall. I also mentioned that I thought it was one of Hall's ads. Well -
I was wrong again and apologize again - I gotta' pay more attention to where
and what I read and say and promise to try that in the future although it
might cramp my style a little!!

What I really saw was a Pantera Performance ad in my 1998 #4 Profiles booklet
that I just got with my new membership to POCA. It has a couple of nice
photos of the low profile setup with what look like Webers, but are actually
individual EFI throttle bodies. The price was $4,995 for the low profile
version and $4,500 for the standard setup, and that was in 98. The only
factual thing I was right about was that you don't need the Sawzall to make
it fit. Scruff (aka fran - soon to be driving 03766)
