I have a 1974 Pantera GTS (#6260).
I found out while doing some routine maintenance that there is some 
significant rusting in the inner wheel house, both left and right sides.  On 
the left side, it has gotten very bad.  The right side isn't nearly as bad.  
So far, I have spoken with Hall Pantera, and it seems almost as if my only 
option is to replace the entire panel set, which would be both complex and 
expensive.  If anyone has any ideas or suggestions of how I could attack
