Partly weight transfer....ever notice how an old Mustang (or Tiger)
with live-rear axles may handle better that yer old independantly sprung
Z-car/Pantera/whatever?

In our older cars, the splines in the half-shaft can wear, and also people
forget that they have to grease these important items. Fix these puppies
up and a lot of your problems will go away.

Another improvement is the use of CV joints. They may not make a CV joint
that can handle the power of the 351, but should be readily available for the
Z (you can get them for Triumphs). This will make a HUGE difference...you
may even think you are driving a "modern car" :)
