I need some help on sidedraft carburetors.

1) Can anyone tell me the cfm rating of a dual throat Mikuni sidedraft
and if they are any good?

2) Can someone tell me the cfm  rating of a Weber 45DCOE sidedraft? I'm
guessing that is the proper number for one?

3) Where can I get a pair of either of the above as well as parts and
rebuild kits?
