Subject:Rousch "Spider" manifold?
Date: Thu, 8 Jul 1999 10:15:25 -0400

I have seen an intake manifold several times that I
have yet to identify...I will describe:

A high rise, aluminum intake, very pronounced runners, (like a big
spider). Runners appear to be 5-6" above
base plain. (have seen on Mark Sinetts car in Phoenix)

Anyone out there know where to obtain such an animal?
Are they compatible with 2BBl heads? Will they fit WITHOUT cutting the
deck lid? Coincidently I
recently saw this ad...

FORD CLEVELAND OWNERS 4V Rousch type manifold - full spider w/air gap 6
3/4" high. Intake port matches left side and top corner of port (high
velocity area). Port dimensions 1.42" x 2.0". Well suited to alloy
intake tongues listed below. Best intake in the world bar none. Price
including air freight $420US.
