Most likely an SVO or Edelbrock high port intake for
high port (A3/B351/C302) or Yates heads. The closest
thing for a 4V head is the Holley Strip Dominator.

No, these are for the aluminum heads mentioned above.
However, there is a guy in Australia who is making a
spider intake for 2V heads (see below).

Yes, but you will need to modify the engine cover (screen)
or use one of the vendors pieces (2 or 4 inches taller).
A 13" (or perhaps a little smaller, depending on where the
carb base is) diameter should clear the deck lid.

As it so happens, I've been discussing these intakes with the guy
in Australia who designed them. They will be available to match
4V heads (using his port fillers) or 2V heads. They are *not*
Rousch intakes, but are similar in layout but with altered runners.
He contends that 4V heads have dead air on both the floor *and*
one of the sides. The 4V version of the intake matches the left
side and top corner while his port fillers fill in the ports on the
bottom and right side.
The 2V version is a separate intake and does not require the port
fillers. BTW, in our discussions, he mentioned that it was a
big mistake to run 4V valves in 2V heads, something I've long
suspected. He claims it's possible to get a 2V head to flow
290+ CFM @ 28" using stock 2V size valves. With 4V valves,
the flow can't make the turn on the short side radius.
He plans to deliver some of his intakes to a few shops in the U.S.
in the near future. When he does, we should have someone from
the list get a look at them and report back.
