Due to the unreasonable prices of good machine tools here, I buy ALL my 
metal-working tools mail-order. I use either ENCO (Chicago or 
L.A.-800-873-3626) or Manhatten Supply (MSC- 800-645-7270) in upstate New 
York. Both will have absolutely anything you can imagine, at reasonable 
prices, delivered to your door in 48 hrs. I once ordered a left-handed metric 
tap from MSC and got it in 2 days.... the 4000-pg MSC catalogue weighs 11
