Note that the catalog says that you can reduce the pressure BY 57 % (ie to 43%) but the manual actually says it can reduce it TO 57%.

Yeah, this is a subject probably harried for oft times now but I gotta know:
I 'm looking at SUM-G3905, which states in the '98 Summit catalog:
"Made from anoidized billet aluminum, our Summit Brake Proportioning Valve
can be mounted vertically or horizontally. A turn of the knob adjust it
between 100 and 1k psi and can reduce pressure up to 57%. You racers can
adjust your brake bias to chaning track conditions, and street guys can
cojmpensate for the big 'n little tire combos." Price is $39.50.
Is this the one to get? Also, how do we remove the old prop valve? Let me
know. Cal. #2428.
