I was told once by some people who had actually went 200 in a pantera, that
it takes 500HP with very slight body mods (ie lowering the front).  it
takes 600 if you want to get there very fast.  Also, I have a program the
calculates car speeds based on a crude aerodynamic model and it verifys
that the pantera needs 500 Hp to hit 200.
