In response to the post:
Yes, there is a Chapter housed out of Florida. It is officially called the
Southeast Panteras(Florida). It is listed every month in the POCA
newsletter. They just published a newsletter within the last 2-3 weeks.
They too are having a problem with response from recipients. Those who do
not respond to the latest mailing will be removed form the list. So, if you
have not received a copy of their newsletter and want to be added please
contact them.
