a fellow forum member sez i have a clogged jet or float needle - kinda what i
expected, wonder how hard this is to get at on an old 4300d autolite - any tips?

I had a stock carb that had JUST been rebuilt when my motor sucked a valve. During the rebuild process I changed intake and carb. Not knowing if there was much of a market for stock intake manifolds or carbs (probably more so the carb than the manifold..) I asked him to hold onto them for a little while, then do with them as he pleased if I didn't get back to him. If he still has them (it has been just a shade over a year) you are more than welcome to them.... If he wants confirmation from me let me know and I'll send him a fax or something....
