FABULOUS '73 DeTOMASO PANTERA - L@@K!!!!
Item #196967272

Starts at $15,000.00 (reserve not yet met)

Description: "Looking for a great Pantera? This is it! Tons of horsepower,
and handling like a slot car, this is perhaps one of the finest examples of a
Pantera Group IV in North America! Over $70,000 invested in improvements and
restoration, not to mention the purchase price - and I have the receipts to
prove it. The list of improvements is a VERY LONG one, beginning with racing
suspension, racing brakes, improved cooling, a Kenz & Leslie engine (less
than 500 miles on this fire breather!), gobs and gobs of body improvements,
Gotti 3 piece alloy wheels ($825 EACH!), Pirelli P-345 rear tires, P-285
fronts, air dam, rear spoiler, flares, Ricarro seats, and on and on. This car
sounds like a monster, runs like mad, and the handling is out-of-this world!
If you want to turn heads, and get tons of attention at the car shows, this
is the way to go. For interested parties, I will be happy to provide a list
of the work done - NOTHING has been overlooked. If I were keeping the car,
I'd consider new paint (some chips and cracks), and a higher output
electronic ignition to keep up with the big engine - which, by the way, is a
351 Cleveland with cam, lots of performance goodies, and more. Wanna
intimidate Porsche drivers? With a few inexpensive mods, this engine can put
out over 700 horsepower! I've set a modest reserve, taking into consideration
the cost of a paint job (if desired...), and below the cost of a modest
family truckster. This car will not depreciate - the Truckster will. This is
my personal car. I know it's history. It has been in storage since 1993, and
has been lovingly maintained it's entire life. No rust - Common with
Panteras. Great chassis, great engine, great looks, great performance. I will
be happy to answer any email questions. You can see the car in Evergreen,
Colorado (25 miles west of Denver). Successful bidder to handle all
transportation costs/responsibilities. Check my feedback and bid with
complete confidence. I've had a LOT of fun with this car, now it's your turn.
Please be patient while photos load - it's well worth the wait!"
