I don't know who runs it, but if you call Dennis Quella, he's in tight with 
them and can give you the whole story.  I hear they're a pretty great bunch, 
and they are probably the hardest-driving club in the country.  They go and 
play on the back roads, drafting each other at 150 mph, all sorts of nutty 
stuff! :>)
