You can always ensure that you are not suspended by sending the following
command to listserv@realbig.com :

set detomaso mail ack	(if you want immediate delivery of every message)

set detomaso mail daily	(if you want daily digests)

I have been encountering problems with several large mail sites like
pobox.com and hotmail.com where they are bouncing mail sent to addresses
there for sometimes unknown reasons.  I've contacted hotmail because they
have now succeeded in suspending the list subscriptions of *everybody* who
has their mail address there.  They haven't replied to my query yet... hell,
I was surprised when that didn't bounce.  :-)

As an aside, Covad fired up my new SDSL line 2 days early, and it seems to
work quite nicely.  I'm in the process of re-configuring my firewall/router
to use that line as my primary link, and my ADSL line as my backup link.

That means that Shane's request to minimize the banter to avoid overloading
my ADSL line no will longer apply... not that it made any difference
anyway.  :-)
