What a world certainly nails the problem :-| My computers all run UNIX, so
the virus problems are almost non-existant, but for those that run Micro$oft
based systems (almost all except for the Macintosh using dude on the East
cost :-) you're in for a bunch of attacks before/during/after Y2K.
Antisocial turkeys want to take advantage of the doomsday mentality and do
real damage. So, to take what Chuck said - don't open ANY attachments. If
you don't you're 99% safe.

Sorry to waste the detomaso list bandwidth with this...

Steve, Et. Al.,

Well remember how some of these things work, they use the victim's mail
list. You will likely know
the sender. This list does not allow attachments, a bummer for some things,
and a benefit here.

I received one once. In all the years of hype. But you gave wise words....
Safe computing

What a world...

Chuck
