Landis and Drew,

      My '73 has Big Bore headers and Ansa mufflers but had no trouble
NOT exceeding
Laguna Seca's   "noise"  limit of 90dB, even WOT passed the sound meter
shack.
Out of 5 Panteras I was the only one to not get black flagged (dubious
distinction).
But I will say the engine has a resonance at about 1700 rpm, must be the
headers.
