I've got the C master apart, old seals off. 

No problem getting the flat O'ring back on, but CAN
NOT get the "cup shape" washer back on the piston.
The washer splits when I force it over the piston. At
25$ a throw (for that stupid washer), I can not keep
experimenting!

How do I get this washer back on?
