Uh Mike, I've never seen a Pantera with cast iron manifolds. The stock
setups I have seen, including mine have a tube steel manifold with sheet
metal gussets at the joints. An unequal length header if you may.

	I
frequently hear people talk about a loud resonance a 2000 rpm. My
car doesn't
seem to do this. Is this just a feature of the L exhaust or the big
bore
headers, or am I just lucky and have an unusual car?

	>>>Neither. The stock exhaust system was NOT really a header, but
rather a
cast iron tube manifold. As such, it weighs a ton but also does a
very
effective job of damping out those harmonics.

Simply put, stock Pantera exhaust systems are QUIET. The manifolds
soak up
quite a bit of noise. Put headers on a car (any car, i.e. Mustang,
Camaro,
etc. etc.) and you'll get more noise overall, even if the tailpipe
noises
	remain unchanged.
