you should get enough heat to fry your feet off with a howling blizzard at -30 C. The
fact that you indicate that your A/C is not cold enough is an interesting symptom. If
the engine reaches operating temp, and both heating and cooling are not up to spec, I
would suspect your air control flaps which determine how much of the interior air
supply is routed through the heater core (or A/C core). It could be something as
simple as a loose control cable from the center
