The only draw back is that you can never put any water in the system again.
In an emergency, you must use their stuff never water. Also, purging the
system is a nightmare unless your motor and entire cooling system is
completely apart. I tried it in my car in 1991 or so when I rebuilt the
motor and couldn't get the system free enough of water to make it run
correctly. It would build pockets of water/steam if I remember right.
