The Agenda:
Thursday, February 3rd
Mad Dog and Donegan arrive @ 6:30 from California. Gray Gregory
will meet them at the airport and Space City Pantera members will rendezvous
with them for dinner and beverages around 7:30 at Pappasitos located at I-45
& Hwy 8 (Houston).
****Space City Members that are planning to join us at Pappasitos on
Thursday evening please RSVP to me.****
Friday, February 4th
Technical session for P-Car owners will be held at Gray Gregory's Automotive
Workshop (Houston) for final race Prep. On Friday evening, John Haas,
engineer extraordinaire, will join the boys for an early evening of Dinner
and more beverages. I believe John Holmes will be flying in to join the
festivities.
Saturday, February 5th
We need to be at the track before 7:30 for the mandatory driver's
meeting and Tech inspection. Roll will be taken...if you're not there you
can't drive until you've been briefed by the chief instructor and not before
the lunch break! It's important...BE THERE!
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR COMPLETED TECH FORM TO RECEIVE YOUR REGISTRATION PACKAGE!
I with assistance from Jack Tunnel and John Holmes will tech you prior to
the drivers meeting. Be there by 7:00AM!!!!!!
Saturday night plans call for Dinner in College Station at the Outback
Steakhouse. We will play this one by ear based on popular opinion, the
number of friends that join us, and the wait necessary to get a table.
Again John Haas, Aggie Alum and ex College Station resident, is expected to
offer alternative dining ideas if it be necessary. Thanks John for stepping
up. :^) The evening will offer up our impressions of the new 2.9 mile
facility. Does it rank among the best road courses in America? The
mandatory BS, bragging and lying about how we passed Kirby will also make
the rounds.
Sunday, February 6th
More track time, spectator rides and comraderie.
