Got the lift out!
Intact (with motor still attached to bracket).
Armature in straight position, fed arm through lower (larger) bottom cut-out, 
rotated whole set-up 90 degrees counterclockwise, pulled door handle linkage 
out of way, slipped right out.

SHOULD I USE A SILICONE GREASE (SPRAY) OR WHITE LITHIUM GREASE?
