so who makes it?
>>>How high is "high-rise"? I'm running a Ford Power Parts 4145b intake on my Pantera. It's a terrific dual-plane manifold that outperformed all single-plane manifolds (except for the monster tarantula Holley Strip Dominator) in a Super Ford magazine test. It generated more high-end horsepower than the rest of the single planes (high-end power apparently is where single-planes make their money) and it absolutely buried all the other dual planes up top. It also was significantly better than all the other single planes down low.
It sits about two inches taller than a standard Ford or Edelbrock Performer and thus requires modification or elimination of the stock engine cover.
I know William King recently had one of these beasties for sale...
FPP stuff is somewhat hard to come by; you can get them from Pantera Performance Center or order directly from the manufacturer; I don't have their contact info but it's buried in the archives somewhere...
