As the dawn breaks on a new Formula 1 season we at GALE FORCE begin our 6th
year of GALE FORCE F1.  Highlights of the site this year include:

- New backend software to provide more interlinking between pages

But enough of us what news of Formula 1 2000
- Stewart have turned green and become Jaguar
- Williams and BAR have gone white
- Arrows has gone orange
- Barrichello and Irvine have swapped seats
- Trulli has moved from Prost to Jordan
- Alesi has moved from Sauber to Prost

The return of:
- Salo is back with a permanent ride at Sauber
- Verstappen, BMW and Honda are back

Newbies:
- 20-year-old Brit Jensen Button with a dream ride at Williams
- F3000 champion Nick Heidfeld is driving for Prost
- Gaston Mazzacane is driving for Minardi
- USA Grand Prix at Indianapolis
- Compaq on Williams, Yahoo on Prost, Orange on Arrows

Gone but not forgotten:
- Damon Hill, Toranosuke Takagi, Alessandro Zanardi
- Olivier Panis has become a McLaren test driver
- Luca Badoer is a Ferrari test driver
