I definately think it makes a difference in "high speed" driving....but by
itself perhaps it is debatable...Add ride/height suspension changes
including increased caster, etc and you will notice a difference but as
someone said a while back its all gotta work together....If you change one
thing you gotta change something else...$$$$$
How much money do you got? :-)

I have seen rack mount spacer kits advertised to reduce bump steer.  They
typically say "especially non-lowered suspensions."  Is that "lowered" like
removing the factory spring spacer, or lower?  If one removes the factory
spring spacer, does the rack spacer kit still yield a substantial
improvement?  Moreover, does the kit do what it claims either way?
