Hi John,
Everyone who owns a Pantera uses a similar rating system and all of our cars 
are #1 or 100% or "absolutely the best." If you're considering a purchase, 
you must have someone who is an expert in Panteras and you trust check it out 
for you. Even then it might be hard to nail down a fair price although they 
should be able to make a recommendation plus or minus a couple of K for you
