Yes - there is a problem with my list software that is sending quite a few
messages twice.  It's _trying_ to be robust.  It _thinks_ it is failing to
successfully send hte messages, so it sends them again.  Helpful of it, eh? :-)

I'm working on figuring out why it's confused like this...
