OK help please. Just pulled the edelbrock "F351-4V" manifold off to polish
it. But the port size difference between the two jumped out and bit me. Got
out the vernier caliper and measured the two. The heads are big 2.5" x 1.75"
and the manifold measured in at 2.15" x 1.38" I always was taught to port
match the two. I am assuming that edelbrock may have left some material on
to match with hence the funny numbers. But when I looked up in the edelbrock
catalog they don't list manifolds for the different size port selection of
the different Cleveland heads? If it wasn't Saturday I would call them to
find out. Anyone have this dilemma before? Help looks like IM going to have
to break open the wallet again.
