Well, I just wanted to report the outcome of my starter situation.  I had
broken a tooth of my starter and it ended up chewing the flywheel gear up.
I replaced the flywheel and installed a rebuilt starter from Pep Boys.  The
starter is for a 1971 Mustang 351 with a Four Speed.  (Thanks Jim Demmick)
The starter cost me $39.00 and works like a charm.
