Paul,
   Would you consider something like SuperTrapp mufflers?
You can add as many baffles as you want to make your car
as quiet or loud as you want. Gotta be cheaper than what
you have done so far; I guess the biggest issue would be
the look. I think they look OK but I know most people
don't like them.

Maybe it's just me and the pimps.....
