DeTomaso Mailing List: May 2000, Message #113

We had a discussion with the POCA board around -94 that non-US citizens
could subscribe only to the quarterly magazines since the monthly ones
mostly have local interest.
Actually they could maybe cut some costs by simplifying the monthly mag and
upscale the quarterly since postage is a big part of the total cost.

Maybe it's time to take this to the new board?
