I still think I can top everyone on this-my '71 S/N 1735 came from the
factory with a type 1, rear mount, but a type 2 bellhousing. It had the tab
extensions from the transaxle just "out in the breeze". Detomaso was in the
business of selling cars, not necessarily producing them in a consistent
manner.
