Well it's over and now I need a vacation!  

Things turned out ok, but I wasn't happy with 
quality of the images, the audio was noisy and 
at times the picture got dark.  This was due to 
the transmission link to get the video/audio over 
to the cable modem (we didn't have a fast 
connection at the Hotel).  Along with the cable 
modem service being down for a couple of hours. 
Anyhow, I will be writing an article about the 
ups and downs during the event.

The online Raffle was very successful.  A big 
thank you to all that bought tickets online.  
We had a total of 5 online winners, with the 
very first raffle item going to an online member! 

Stats for the POCA website shows that there 
was about 2200 user sessions for the 3 days 
(4400 for the whole week, that's double the normal 
number of sessions for a whole week - 2300 avg.)
The site's hits for that week were 210,000 (up from 
the avg. of 42,000 hits).  With 2200 user sessions 
if users visited the site an average of 10 times each 
this would account for over 200 unique online visitors 
to the webcam.
