Actually you do need a licence to buy it. We have one here similar called
Fridg 12 It will work if a small portion of Ester oil is added also. I
put it in one guys pantera with the rotary compressor and was getting air
below 50 degrees out. According to the EPA, any FloroCarbon compound used
for Airconditioning must be have a licence to buy except 134. You can buy
Hydrocarbon refigrents without a liscence but they are illegal to use in a
moble system, ie a car.
