To Tom and All,
    I came to the Rally a day earlier than my application indicated and
regestered in a room for Wednesday night which was not the one I had
reserved through POCA.  Therefore, I did not receive my packet upon
registration at the Hotel.  Being a first time attendee I didn't know
the "drill" so I went to the hospitality suite for instruction.  To make
this store as short as possible, I was treated exactly as Tom described
his experiance until I was able to establish my "bonifides".  After that
all was light and merry, before however, was very dark and dreary.
