Hi Russ,
I am very sorry to hear you or anyone else were treated this way....One of
the things we discussed last year in the chapter presidents meeting was this
very problem and our solution was that chapter representatives from each
club would do a "meet-and-greet"....of any and all NEW MEMBERS who attended
the event....... unfortunately some of our guys are NOT in a active
chapter.....and may have slipped through the cracks.......at future events I
think if we include a NOTE on the event application that indicates if you
are NEW to the event that would sure help....If anyone has any other idea's
or suggestions I'd sure support them.
