For what its worth, the Mighty Crustang uses grade 8 bolts in the
suspension, sway bars etc to handle the crappy condition of the
Berkeley streets around my house. Since Mike Drew has reservations
about driving the Scirocco on these hippy-maintained roads, that
ought to tell you the pounding my Mustang's suspension takes. After
Jack Schroll at Mostly Mustangs installed the new sway bars/control
arms/bushings/wheels...I had to bring the car back after snapping 3
of the OEM bolts that came with the suspension kit. Jack replaced
everything with Grade 8 bolts and they've held ever since (18 months,
7K miles).-Ted
