This type of voting (entrants) is my least favorite. It just
doesn't show any real results I totally agree that the more
friends you have the better you'll do. (I need more friends :~).
I would much rather see a vote by the spectators, this
at least give you an idea of what that shows visitors
general opinion was (even though not an educated vote).
This HB Concours wasn't real strict, but they did come back
and looked more carefully at my car and when they asked
me to open the headlights, one of the judges told me I should
have cleaned them! Oops, I forgot to clean them after my 1000
mile drive for Silver State (some night driving)! There were some
really big splattered bugs on them, but it proved I really do drive it.
