I think everyone's comments on car shows are valid.  If you don't 
like playing the strict all-original type concourse game then fine,
pass on those.  If you like that kind of obsession to detail (or grief)
then great, enjoy.
The GREAT thing about the HB Concours is that it is a quality, 
well run, low-key show, and if you are not into the competition aspect
and just want to participate and enjoy the atmosphere, you can elect 
to have your car there as "Display Only", which is what I did.   
So next year Dave, Jim, and all others sour on car shows, follow 
Greg Sullivan out here to Huntington Beach and have fun with us!
