A question for those of you that have high-lift (550 - 560 or so) long
duration (280 - 290 degrees or so) hydraulic lifter cams, with heavy valve
springs, damper springs and roller rockers. How much valve train lash noise
do you have? The choices are (1) none at all (sounds like a stock cam
system), (2) some noise or (3) sounds like a solid lifer cam with .018 lash
or more. The test is, you sick your head in the engine compartment and rev
the engine to about 1,500 RPM.
