To my Pantera Friends,

My legal action to recover what is left of my car is finally completed.
I 'should' receive delivery in less than 15 days !

I'd like to thank everybody that helped out.  It was the support
from all of you that made the past two years tolerable.

Special thanks go to the arbitration panel (that wishes to remain anonymous)
for all their time over the past year, without them...well....

I'd also like to thank those that 'postponed' dealing with the vendor
until my issue was resolved.  This had a very noticeable effect !!!

I would like to especially thank one Pantera guy that repeatedly
offered to give me his Pantera, for a week or more, just to keep
my Pantera Spirit alive !  This is a car that recently appeared in
the POCA Profiles.   Waaaaay nicer than my car, even when mine
gets put back together.  WOW !

Knowing that you all were behind me, gave me the strength, and
endurance to see this nightmare through.

I bought my car 3 years ago on the 4th of July weekend,
and now I've received the 'Final Resolution' this weekend.
Another sign of Freedom.

What I have is a hulk, in bare metal, stripped of it's parts.
I 'should' be getting many of the original parts back.
I have a LOT of work to do !     I need a LOT of parts !
Look for my parts ads and let me know if you can help.
(I've been acquiring parts for a while now...)  I'll be at the
Famous San Diego Swap Meet again this year.

I need to locate a 'trustworthy' shop to finish and paint it.
(Located in the Northern California Bay Area.)
Any suggestions ?

where she belongs !
