Dear Greg...
Not sure if that was your post or a forwarded one.. but it seems someone has
suffered some significant auditory injury.... i think the hearing has been
adversely affected by the one who is credited as saying the Ferrari engines
sounded "tinny." If that was you (or even if you are in agreement) I'm
hoping your claim with Geico is still open... then u may still have hopes of
upgrading from that 928 to a refined Ferrari Red Head!
re: clip from Pantera928
My favorite was a non-Italian car that shouldn't have been there, a
real GT40. None of the Ferraris displayed an exhaust note anything like the
GT40. Also RMB owners take note, your mod puts your 928 song far and away
more appealing to this ear than any of the Ferraris, they are a little to
tinny for my taste - the GT40 ROARED (the Panteras had a very nice sound as
well).

and next post:
.......I had to give them the name of a crooked doctor that said my back was
hurt in the accident to scare them into paying to fix my car. Their opinion
was that it was just a 30 year old used car and therefore worth nothing.
Offered me $500. After I scared them, I had
a check to fix the car in 48 hours. I don't believe in insurance fraud but i
don't believe in getting screwed by insurance companies that think they can
bully you. All I wanted was my car fixed and that is all I got.

from me again:
p.s. I have some significant auditory damage myself.... not to worry.
A Q-tip accidentally got jabbed way deep in my ear, day before yesterday...
the pain is notable.... and i noticed bleeding from ear.... now a throbbing
earache and headache accompany it. So be gentle if you intend to retort and
hurry while i can still hear you.
