I dont know all the manufacture numbers, but the ford filter Motorcraft
FL-1a fits almost everything.  Most all fords ever made, aftermarket oil
filter adaptors, ferraris, small block chrystlers, etc.  Ford also makes a
smaller version called the FL-400a.  The difference between Ford and chevy
filter is the size of the oring.  Ford is smaller and the GM filter is all
the way at the edge fo the filter.  The will screw on to the same threads.
Dont do it though, trust me, I made that mistake once.
