There seems to be very limited hard and fast rules regarding the steering 
wheels.
US cars seem to come with the capri wheel
US GTSs come with a 3 spoke ferraro wheel
GR4s come with the 2 spoke and a 3 spoke MOMO (only the 3 spoke is in the gr4 
parts list)
GR3s are pictured with the capri wheel in brochures
Euro GTSs came with a MOMO 3 spoke in leather or wood and the Gr4 3 spoke
I've seen period  pictures of euro GTSs, GT5s and GT5Ss with the 2 spoke 
wheel, the 3 spoke MOMOs and the CAPRI !
