Check the archives.  I posted the details when they first came out.  
Briefly, they are like the early Motorsport heads with canted valves 
and accept standard Boss valvetrain parts (do not need Je$el rockershaft
system) but the ports are based upon a ported Yates head.  Requires a 
Yates intake which may need further port matching.  Exhaust is also a 
raised Yates but there's an option of a stuffed (raised floor) 4V port.  
Two different cc's (ones a milled version of the other).  First batch was 
sold out when I checked last.
