DeTomaso Mailing List: September 2000, Message #1140

I haven't yet completed my road trip planned for this weekend, but I have just firmed up plans for the 2nd week in October, when I have a 4-day weekend. 

On Thursday, October 12, I pack up the Pantera and head south for Andalucia. I'll pass through Cordoba, and stay overnight in Seville. I'll keep an eye out for any barbers... Friday I get up and pass by Cadiz, on my way to the Straight of Gibralter. I put the Pantera on a ferry and cross into Morocco. Good thing I got my A/C straightened out, I guess! It tends to be pretty hot there....

I'll pass by Tangier, and visit Fez. This is supposed to be more typically Moroccan than Casablanca, so the travel agent recommended this city. I stay overnight in Fez, and head back to the ferry on Saturday. I take the ferry back into Spain and head for Granada. Overnight stay in Granada, and head back home on Sunday. 

I hope to have no mechanical problems, I wonder where the nearest DeTomaso vendor is in Morocco? With any luck, I ought to get some fantastic pictures, you can be sure I'll bring lots of film, and I am sure I'll have a story or two to tell when I get back! 

This ought to be fun! Let the adventure continue!
