     Dave,
     
     Since it managed to get OFF the lever it should go ON it again even 
     without loosening the adjustment. If not, loosening the adjustment(s) 
     should do it. Loosen both sides if necessary. Also check that the 
     cable cover has not slipped out of it's end piece at the pulley under 
     the engine, that can make it impossible to stretch the cable far 
     enough.

Hmmmmm
     
Need help.    With respect to the parking brake and how it pulls on both 
rear brakes with cable I found one of my cables had slipped off the catch at 
the brake.  The other is still on.      
     
Does anyone have an easy way to connect the cable once again?  Do I need to 
loosen it up at another place other than the tightening bolt at the brake?
