Final stage of my disassembly is removal of the door trim.  I have the
windows out and assumed that this would be pretty straight forward.

1) Remove whiskers
2) Remove large window
3) Drill rivets

And I thought

4) Carefully remove trim
5) press out quarter window

Stages 4 & 5 have me hung up.  Is the lower outside trim piece riveted to
the door behind the front quarter window? Or, does it pry out?

Is there any special trick to removing the quarter window?

Does the trim around the window frame simply pry off after the rivets are
drilled?
