Kirby-
I noticed in your projection that you mentioned using Mike Daileys'
computation as a basis for yours, yet you also mentioned leaving the
tire diameter at 26.5".
I believe Mike was using 26" as his baseline.
Would that make a difference in your projection?
I also had the privilege of using Gary Halls 3.77 ZF for the 5/99 SS and
liked the feeling of the car continuing and continuing to unwind.
I did have a real concern though about a 351c having the torque to pull
the car at speeds over 140 with that gearing. My engine for that race
was a mild build with a Holly 750 on a Boss intake and didn't pull worth
a crap.
