The Qvale Mangusta is pitted against other "super cars" in this new
edition of MotorTrend...the results are pretty embarrassing, pretty
much what you'd expect if you took a "showroom-floor" Mustang GT and
put it up against a Viper ACR, a 911-T, a Modena...etc. The
"Mangusta" (it really doesn't deserve the moniker) is at or 2nd to,
the bottom of every single category they tested.
This car absolutely proves that its outclassed by the competition.
No wonder Detomaso gave it the boot, it would be difficult to explain
to owners of other marques why that over-styled piece of crap is
wearing an Isis tag. Good thing they changed the name before they
tested it-Ted
